Divine Wellness & Counseling was developed so that all that desire counseling services can receive quality counseling at an affordable rate. Through the use of Licensed Professional Counselors in Training rates can be as low as $25 per session. Our Licensed Professional Counselors and Psychologists rates meet standard counseling rates. Most insurance companies offer reimbursement for mental health counseling and psychological services.

RATES

• $130 per session.
• Sessions are  45 minutes, unless required otherwise by your insurance company
• Group sessions $25- $50 per session

*Sliding fee scale is available for qualified financial need. We can always discuss payment options during your first appointment.

INSURANCE

• We accept Medicaid insurance (T19, Badgercare).
• We are an in-network provider with many insurance agencies.
• We can provide treatment as an “out of network” provider and help you obtain reimbursement, for many agencies.
• It is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to inquire about your mental health benefits.
• We can discuss your insurance questions during our phone consultation.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancelled sessions. There will be a service charge for sessions cancelled without this notice.
